Study Abroad: Storage Deposit
The non-refundable deposit will be applied to the storage total at time of pick-up.
Service Description
Schedule an on-campus pickup for your prepared and labeled belongings before leaving Providence College to study abroad. The student or an authorized representative must meet our team at the designated on-campus pickup location at the scheduled date and time. This service does not include collection from inside the student’s residence hall room. All belongings must be packed, securely closed, labeled and ready for storage when our team arrives. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required when booking and will be applied toward the student’s final storage balance. Your selected appointment time is reserved after payment. Our College Storage Team will review the booking details and send a final confirmation. If an adjustment is necessary, we will contact you directly.
Cancellation Policy
The UPS Store provides storage services for college students which includes pickup and delivery of items to be stored at our storage facility located at 1643 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island 02889. In the event you need access to any items in storage, you may visit our storage facility during normal business hours. We request that you contact our facility 24 hours prior to your arrival so that we can pull your items from our storage area. Abandonment In the event that you do not arrange to have your items in storage delivered within one (1) year of the date The UPS Store took possession or you have an outstanding balance owed to The UPS Store for a period of one (1) year, you will be deemed to have abandoned all items in The UPS Store’s possession. In the event of abandonment, The UPS Store reserves the right to sell or otherwise dispose of such items in any manner that The UPS Store deems appropriate and The UPS Store will not be liable in any manner to you for the value of those items or any proceeds received from a sale. Registration Fees are non-refundable
